JDA Foundation in Kashmir Flood Relief

What we did on the ground

On 14th August 2025, a massive cloudburst struck Kishtwar district of Jammu & Kashmir, near Bagda and Bade Bagda villages, causing landslides, flash floods, and heavy loss of life and property. Several families were stranded without food, shelter, and medicines.

When floods hit Kashmir, thousands of families were left struggling for food, medicine, and shelter. JDA Foundation stepped in to stand with them during this tough time. Our team reached the affected villages and provided whatever help we could to ease their pain.

Through timely action, JDA Foundation was able to reach the most affected villages of Kishtwar, J&K and provide urgent humanitarian relief. Despite tough terrain and weather challenges, the Foundation stood with the people, reflecting its strong commitment to community service during natural disasters.
